Today I'm bringing you a makeup artist collaboration with the most beautiful Safiyah from Frootibeauty! She is just lovely and I am so excited to bring our collaboration pictures to you.
Safiyah is a professional makeup artist from London who specialises in Asian and Arabic bridal makeup. She has over 5 years experience in the beauty industry and is also a professional blogger! You guys need to check out her blog as she often shows tips and tricks on how to apply makeup in different ways and also how to be a savvy beauty shopper. Her favourite makeup brands are Urban Decay, Illamasqua and Kiko, 'they are brands of great quality, pigmentation and they stand out from the norm'.
Safiyah actually decided on the collaboration look- she asked for a copper and green eye makeup look and we left our looks as a surprise to each other to see how we would represent the colours. Safiyah is so beautiful and talented and its no shock I love what she came up with!
Her look is actually so similar to mine a glittery copper lid with a cut crease. I love her double winged liner- it really adds a sophisticated twist. Her blending is amazing! A key quality of an amazing makeup artist.
Here is my look, the products I used will be listed below. I went for a dramatic glitter copper lid and smoked it out with a shimmering green. For the lips I went nude keeping the focus on the eyes. I applied some heavy double lashes to really add drama and flutter. Underneath the eyes I used a emerald green pencil to keep the look balanced with copper and green.
-Illamasqua rich liquid and Nars sheer glow

-Mac cream colour base in pearl
-Copper glitter from Ebay
